Consumer Bankruptcy Resources

"Consumer bankruptcy" refers to bankruptcy relief for individuals who have incurred debt primarily for personal needs, rather than business needs.  Consumer bankruptcies are usually filed under chapter 7 or chapter 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.
