For managers or staff interested in Learning and Development opportunities through Campus Human Resources, we welcome you to visit https://www.chr.ucla.edu/training-and-development for the current program offerings and trainings. Programs include the Professional Development Program ("PDP"), one of UCLA’s most comprehensive programs dedicated to developing internal talent. Programs, like PDP, that focus on fostering the next generation of University leaders are vital to helping us address long-term talent and leadership needs. Please note that some programs have an application period and deadline, or nomination process.

The Timeless Skills Series is the newest addition to CHR's offerings. Please visit https://www.chr.ucla.edu/training/timeless-skills-series to browse through the virtual workshops that address competencies and skills relevant to successful performance in any role, team, or organization.
