You may use one of the University’s many subsidized forms of alternative transportation. These include subsidized bus passes for six different public transit providers, van and carpool options and incentives, as well as incentives for employees who walk or bike to campus that live locally. • Vanpool: Form your own or join one through a vanpool provider, and take advantage of high occupancy vehicle (HOV) lanes and a discounted carpool parking permit.
• Carpool: Save time and money when you join a carpool or form one with a former vanpooler, or find a coworker commuting from your area with our Trip Planner. Access HOV lanes, share commuting costs and take advantage of discounted carpool permits. 
• Public Transit: Avoid traffic and relax on your way to campus when you use public transit. We offer subsidized transit passes for seven transit agencies serving campus, and even offer a FREE quarterly transit pass for eligible Bruins! Staff are able to purchase subsidized passes through the UCLA Transportation website or in-person at the campus ticketing office. • Drive to campus using your own vehicle and purchase a discounted daily permit ($6.50 per day for days that you come to campus) or monthly auto-renew permit (starts at $86 per month and auto-renews on a monthly basis depending on when the permit was initially purchased). There are a variety of options for getting to and from campus on a daily basis. Law School staff have the option to purchase a monthly (auto-renew) parking permit at a pre-tax cost of $86 per month, or to purchase a discounted daily permit at a rate of $6.50 per day to park in yellow parking zones. The nearest parking structures that Law School staff may park in are parking structures 2 or 3 (quadrants F1/2 and F5 on the included campus parking map). Please notify Law HR at HR@law.ucla.edu should you like to purchase a monthly auto-renew ePermit as a parking assignment is required.
