Challenges to PPACA's Constiutionality: AAPS

The Association of American Physicians & Surgeons is challenging the penalty for employers with more than 50 employees and regulations that do not allow Medicare coverage for services ordered by physicians who do not have Medicare provider numbers. Suit is docket number 10-cv-00499 (D.D.C.).
