Students who do not possess a prior degree from an American law school are required to participate in an introductory course, American Law in a Global Context (Law 470), beginning 1-2 weeks prior to the start of the academic year. Students will earn two (2) units for completing this course.
Waivers of any aspect of the LL.M. degree requirements must be approved by the Assistant Dean for Graduate Studies and International Student Programs.
